停用 OpenDNS

OpenDNS 這兩三星期速度不知道在慢什麼，大大影響網頁瀏覽順暢度，所以停用之。目前改用上海電信的 DNS。

    openDNS我目前也已經將他設定為次要dns了，主要的還是用自家ISP提供的DNS伺服器，畢竟論速度，自家ISP的絕對是最快的:)
